It's also been criticized a fair amount on the Helpline for having (at times) very unfriendly owners and staff.

My family and I stopped in there one day with the idea of maybe staying there on our next trip and the husband and wife owners were so over-the-top rude to us that we said "thank you" and left.

Many people have wrote of terrible experiences and I just did not see what anyone was complaining about. I loved it, found that it was cute and very central to my sightseeing. I never even had to speak french once. Yummy breakfast, too.

April,, did you look up and read all the hotel reviews on it. YOu can just google the hotel name and the word reveiws and you will find the tripadvisor.com site pops up pretty near top of list.

I have not stayed there, but its not as central as some think.
