On October 31, 2011, we made email reservations at Hotel du Cadran for April 12-15, 2012. Shortly after an email confirmation was received. This hotel was chosen as it was listed in Rick Steves pocket book.
On February 1, the airline called and notified us that our flight had been changed to one day earlier. We therefore needed to request an extra night from the hotel. I have written at least four different emails requesting this and I have yet to hear from them. Does anybody have any suggestions?? Telephone them?
Yes, phone the hotel, on a weekday during Paris business hours, so you don't get the night staff when you call.
