Hotel Company in EU/UK

Hello, in my upcoming trip to Paris, we are staying at a hotel/apartment called Citadines Voltaire Republique - Apartment. Has anyone ever stayed there, and also has anyone ever stayed at a Citadines before?

Please do not give me a link to tripadvisor or bookingbuddy as I had read them.

I regularly stay at Citadines branches and have never had any complaints. I haven't stayed at that particular one in Paris though. The only problem I've sometimes had is that it can be a bit unpredictable how much cooking utensils and cutlery you get.
