Hotel Aris, Brussels

Hi there. We're going on a Rick Steves tour in September. The first stop is the Hotel Aris in Brussels. Has anyone any comments on this hotel? I'm having trouble getting them to respond to e-mails.

Thanks very much. Actually, they said there was availability and I sent in credit card info - and still no reply. Very strange. I will be calling them.
