Hotel Alexander Berlin ***BEWARE***

This is not a question but a warning about Hotel Alexander Berlin. I had reservations for July 10 and 11 at the hotel. When I arrived the hotel had been moved and a sign was posted to the door with my name on it. After I finally found the new address, it was explained to me that the hotel manager had gone on holiday, and no one knew how to get in contact with the people who had reservations. The hotel did nothing to accomandate us even though it took 45 minutes to get to the original hotel address and another 45 minutes to find the new address.
