Hotel advice on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz

I'm looking for a quiet, better-than-basic but not super-fancy hotel on the lake -- either Lake Thun or Lake Brienz -- on the southern side of either lake. Would appreciate any suggestions. I don't want to stay in Interlaken. Thanks!
