Hello! My wife and I are going to France in a few weeks and I am considering surprising her with a hot air balloon ride. It looks like http://www.france-balloons.com/ is a reputable group and they take off from Fontainebleau and Vezelay which we'll be near. I am considering buying their 165E non refundable ticket and scheduling it in Fontainebleau for the first day of our week in Paris area so that if it needs to be cancelled and rescheduled for the next day due to weather we have a whole week to make it work. However, I think the Vezelay/Burgundy area may be more interesting from the air, but we only have two days in that area that we could make it work for. Thoughts on booking, those places, this company or if the experience is generally worth about $350USD? Matt
