Hostel/Budget hotel recommendation

I need a recommendation in Munich for a one night stay due to a layover from Dubrovnik. Would like to stay in Munich, and take the subway to the airport in the early morning. Need to know if the subway is running at 4am?

According to the timetables on the Munich Transportation website, 4:30 is the earliest you can get.
