Hi Karen - Did you lease through Auto Europe? Did you spend any time on the southern coast near Spain? We are having our monthly travel meeting next Saturday if you are interested. I would love to hear about your trip...

I am also interested in your leasing experience. I will be in the southern part of France in the spring. What were your personal highlights for that region? I trust your trip was fantastic!

We leased our Peugeot from Kemwel about 4 months before our trip which we payed in full at that time. As the Euro dropped Kemwell credited us with the lower price. When we compared prices, taxes & insurance we found leasing was cheaper than rental. We arrived at airport & called Kemwel. Someone picked us up, paperwork was already done thru Kemwel so drove off in a brand new 2010 Peugeot with only 10 miles on it. Six weeks later we dropped it off, signed one paper and they took us to our Airport hotel. Only problem was getting lost trying to find our way out of CDG aiport.

We found all the places we visited were good. We styed in Vence, Collioure, Lourdes, St. Jean de Luz and St. Emilion. We were glad we stayed in Vence as the Nice area is crowded. We drove 180 miles (160 tunnels) easy drive over to Italy's Cinque Terre for 3 days. Collioure is up with our favorite places. We did a day drive into coastal towns of Spain from there. Drove over the Pyrenees, stopped one night in Lourdes to see where 5 million people pilgrim each year. St. Jean is a beautiful place on the coast. Another drive south to Spain but stayed in France. St. Emilion in Bordeaux area. Karen
