My husband and I want to spend one week in the Isere area of France (near Grenoble or just West and South of Grenoble.) We're interested in a small cottage in a rural setting but near or in an interesting village and close by nice restaurants and markets. Any suggestions for nice towns in the area? Any ideas for great day hiking in the area?
