Help with Train Ticket Purchase! PIN number??

I purchased a train ticket from Paris to Florence on my Capital One card - I chose the option to print the ticket at the station but on the confirmation email it states: You must also bring the same credit card and associated PIN, that you used to purchase online. You will not be charged. Foreign bank cards with magnetic stripe card and American Express can not be used for a withdrawal free service terminals. Our card doesn't have a PIN number so how is this going to work?

Chip-n-Pin cardholders (AKA Europeans and some Canadians) will need to bring the same card and PIN they used to purchase the online tickets. .........NOW, for whether or not USA cardholders need a PIN number - I didn't last autumn in France, and you shouldn't need one now since you didn't use a PIN when you paid for the tickets online........BUT, if you're planning to use this (or any other) credit card in Europe, you should ask the CC company for a PIN. You may be asked for it in Europe after sliding your mag stripe...
