Finding a hotel in Lausanne within our budget isn't easy. My wife and I have narrowed our search to 4 hotels: Hotel Boulevard Hotel City Crystal Hotel Hotel Elite
Have any "RS Travelers" stayed in any of these hotels in the last 8 months or so, or if not a first-hand experience, does anyone know anything about these hotels. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks.

We have stayed at the Hotel Elite several times. Very nice, very clean, great breakfast.

For what it is worth - It has been a few years, but we stayed at a Comfort Inn in Lausanne. It was in the old area and was a long but doable walk to the lake. Very nice staff and clean and roomy. Be sure to check Rick's guide and Trip Advisor.
