Since it's only a four-hour trip on Thalys high-speed trains, there is no night train from Paris to Amsterdam.

St Goar-Bacharach and Bacharach-Koblenz are very short rides that will cost lest than €10 each.

A night train in combination with a regular train would work well for both Koblenz-Venice and Venice-Zurich.

When will you be taking this trip? If you book far enough in advance (up to 90 days allowed) and can commit to specific departure dates and times, you can get discount fares for all your long routes. These tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you wish, I'll give you booking instructions.

If you can take advantage of advance booking discounts, point-to-point tickets will definitely be cheaper than a railpass.
