I'm having trouble trying to purchase tickets online for exhibits at these two museums in the fall of 2011. I'm trying to enter my mobile phone number and password but keep getting an error that my mobile cannot be found. Is there a particular number format they require? I've tried 001 xxx xxxx and 1 xxx xxxx and neither seems to work. Can anybody help? THANKS!! Stuart Goldstein

Stuart, I don't know what they will need your number for is it just for ID purposes? If so, French phone numbers have 10 digits starting with "0" so if for example your cell phone number is 917 111 1111, I would try entering 09 17 11 11 11 If they need to call/text you, and so you need to supply a valid number, direct dial from France to US follows the formula: 001 + area code + Your 7 digit number. So the example would be 001 917 111 1111. HTH!

Thanks for the reply! Just got a response back from Digitick. They just need 10 digits, no prefixes.
