I am staying in Frankfurt and planning a trip to Heidelberg. Does anyone know of any day trip tours from Frankfurt or and tours once in Heidelberg. I will be alone so would perfer a tour. Thanks Sarah

Heidelberg is about an hour by train (or less) and trains run at least every hour. Check with www.bahn.de. From the Heidelberg train station, which is not downtown, there is frequent tram service to Bismarckplatz, one of the main squares from which you can walk the pedestrian zone all the way to the big church, market square and the cablecar station to get to the castle.
