Has anyone stayed at both Hotel de Turenne & Hotel Beaugency

in Paris. I'm booked at the more expensive but from reviews think I might as well book the much cheaper hotel as they have an opening. I've stayed at de Turenne & know what to expect. I'm wondering if the Beaugency is pretty much the same but for more money. I'm willing to pay the difference as long as there is a difference.

I haven't stayed at Turenne, but I have at Hotel Beaugency. For a Rick Steves recommendation, I found the hotel a little below his usual standards. Not a bad establishment at all, but the room was TINY, there was no place to store our luggage, and the refrigerator did not work. But, at least our bathroom window had a view of the top of the Eiffel tower.

Rose,

What did you think of Turenne? We are thinking about staying there but see mixed reviews about it on Tripadvisor. Was there mold? Was the location good? We have never been to Paris before. Sorry I am not any help!
