Has anybody used Frence train ticket site voyage-sncf?

Yesterday I bought 5 train tickets from Paris to Zurich on the 17th Dec. using the French web site www.voyage-sncf.com. After paying by credit card, I printed out the confirmation page with the reference no. and my name. I need to go to train station to collect the tickets using the ref. no & my credit card. It says I'll receive their email for the confirmation but I haven't yet. I'm quite sure my email address is correct and usually the email is instant, isn't it? I am nervous now: what goes wrong? no fraud? Wodering any body has used the site before and any experience to collect the tickets in a French train station?

As long as you have your reference number and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, you'll be OK.
BTW, we usually suggest people go to tgv-europe.com (the new SNCF site) now, since it's English version is complete.

We recently used this site to purchase tickets from Avignon to Paris. We were in Provence at the time and had a French friend who walked us through the procedure.
When we went to Avignon to collect the tickets we first went to the kiosk and entered our reference number. It recognized it and then asked me to insert the credit card used to make the reservation. I tried twice but couldn't get it to work so went to the desk (luckily no line) and they were able to print out our tickets with no problem. The agent explained that the reader could not recognize my card because it only takes the "chip" type so if your card doesn't have a chip you will just have to go to an agent. It was really very simple and by using the SNCF site it was easy to shop for the cheapest fare.

I bought our tickets from Charles DeGaulle Airport to Dijon last month and used their service. Give it a day, the second email will come.

We also had a similar problem with buying the tickets online and then printing them from the kiosk. It just didn't work, and we had to wait in a very long line at the airport to get the tickets printed. Just know that this might happen, so try to budget some time for that in case you need to wait in line and the kiosk doesn't work. Have a great trip!
