Hi, I am trying to buy 4 tickets for Sagrada for June. I tried to order online this morning and got to where I entered my visa then the security code. After I clicked on 'Continue', there was a paragraph in spanish that I don't understand. I haven't recieved confirmation email nor has my visa been charged. I already authorized visa. I sent an inquiry asking for my passport # , name , phone # and after I did and clicked 'Send',then there was this note 'Invalid Character'. I don't know what to do , should I try to reorder again? I really want to buy online so we don't need to fall in line for the tix that day. Thanks for your help.
Hi Sally--the ServiCaixa website has been unreliable for purchasing Sagrada Familia tickets for the last week or so. There is a long discussion on Tripadvisor, in the Barcelona forum, about it. You might read through and find the instructions given by "Gigis_mum" and see if that helps. What happened after the paragraph in Spanish that you didn't understand? Could the website just have been confirming your credit card and you didn't wait long enough? I can't recall the sequence of screens that appeared when I bought our tickets in April, so I'm afraid I can't tell what the screen said. But I was eventually able to print out our tickets. You might consult the Tripadvisor forum instructions, check your credit card again, and if nothing has shown up just try again.
