Does anybody have any recommendations on places to hang glide or paraglide, or even a preference between the two. My husband and I are looking for some adventure during our trip this July, and what better way than jumping off a mountain!

I think it would be hard to beat the Stubaital.

If you're willing to venture down to Neuschwanstein then you can paraglide off the mountain overlooking the castle. We even did a lap over the castle. Incredible fun!

Another question: Do you typically have to book in advance, or can you generally book a flight the day of?
