Hanau, Heilbronn, Nuremberg, Frankfurt: Germany

I am looking for the cutest, quaintest, friendliest, and most authentic restaurants and pubs in those towns. I am staying just one night in each city, from Apr 29 - May 3, and don't really have time to explore and find the perfect experience. I know that tastes very, but if you've had a great meal, snack, afternoon, evening, or even just a drink and thought it was great, let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Frankfurt: Zur Sonne, Berger St., Bornheim. Traditional Frankfurt local restaurant, building from the 16th century, great local food, apple wine, beer!

I can't guarantee this restaurant Nurnberg is authentic, but I loved the ambience. I don't remember the exact name, but trying to find it on GoogleEarth, I think the name is "Goldenes Posthorn". The restaurant sits within the shadow of the Kaiserburg, directly across from the city Rathaus. You can't miss it if you walk directly from the train station along Konigstrasse, then once you cross the bridge, continue on the same road (I think it becomes Rathausplatz) towards the Kaiserburg. Your nose will detect the glorious smell of roasted bratwurst.

Thanks for the response Andreas! Remind me to buy you that beer you talked about on another post.

Have you ever heard of or been to Romer Bembel in Sachsenhausen?

Rob, when you're in Nuremberg just find something that looks good from the outside once you get near the old city center. There are some great restaurants between the castle and the main market square.

Rob, Römer Bembel actually is right on Römer square, right?

Yes, Romer Bembel is on the square. I have seen pictures of it on many websites. It's not far from the hotel that I am staying at. I thought lunch there might be nice.
