I don't have any information on the Hotel you listed. You might check Trip Advisor for reviews.
Two other locations you might consider in Hallstatt are Gasthof Simony or Hotel Gruner Baum (they're beside each other, only about a one minute walk from the boat dock).
Enjoy Hallstatt - it's wonderful!

Hallstatt is beautiful- We stayed at Zewirtt Zauner just off the square-Very nice- and ate at their restaurant. Take the fresh fish of the day. It is magical crossing on the boat from the train station.

www.hallstatt.net for rooms. dont spend alot of money on a room, as hallstat is very small. i paid 20 euros but stayed high up in the mountain where the view was excellant.
