I am looking for ideas of in Marbella, or at least a short drive. I would say my price range is about 25-30 Euro/person. I do not eat fish, so please give me other options.

Jackie, if no one suggests a place, the best way I found a restaurant was (as Rick suggests) to ask a local.
I needed glue for my journal in Barcelona, and asked the stationary store man where he was going for lunch. He showed us the best little cafe, crammed full of locals.
Even though you don't eat fish, you can get a suggestion from a local, and if the menu isn't to your liking, pick another one full of people.

I've eaten at some great little tapas bars in Marbella, and have also seen some mediocre, overpriced but ritzy places. Keep in mind that Marbella is a small fishing town which has suddenly become the Beverly Hills of Spain. When asking for local recommendations, ask people of the social class likely to eat in the kind of place you're looking for.
