Take a look at Hotel Roma. They have family rooms and breakfast is included in the price.

Residencial Florescente (sp). I have stayed there several times. Rick recommends too I believe! Great location in the Baixa area. located on a pedestrian street lined w/ tons of restaurants. right off of Rossio Square. walking distance to many sites and easy access to public transportation. found the staff very friendly.

Hotel Roma is in the northern part of the city in a rather nice neighborhood and close to a Metro station. It's about 8 metro stops from Rossio Square.
