Golden Pass reservation?

Hi, I have a Swiss Pass and plan on using this for the Interlaken to Montreux leg of the Golden Pass. I read that reservations are suggested, but not required. I have a hard time justifying paying more for the shipping/handling from RailEurope than the reservation itself. Any suggestions? I will be traveling in early July and I would like to enjoy on of the panoramic cars if possible (although I bought a 2nd class pass).

Simply make wait to make your reservation when you arrive in Switzerland. You can do it at any train station, shouldn't be a problem getting the reservation even a day before your journey to Montreaux.
