Gluten Free in France, Spain and Italy?

any recommendation for us gluten sensitve travelers? i imagine getting GF products in cities is doable; i was wondering about the smaller towns. we will be in the loire valley, burgandy, cinque terraa and around northern spain. thanks, SW

Hi, Sage.

I don't think in Italy, you'll have to much of a problem. They actually test kids for gluten intolerance in the schools, so it is really well known there! So much of the food is also fresh, it makes a big difference. We just got back form a trip with my gluten intolerant mother, and had no problems.

Not sure on the other areas, sorry!
