Our Paris itinerary involves visiting/touring Giverny on Tuesday, May 1. Just realized May 1 is a holiday, Labor Day. Trying to find out if Giverny house and gardens will be open on May 1, 2012....does anyone know or know how I can find out?

I just Googled it, and the website says it's open daily from April 1 to November 1. http://giverny.org/gardens/fcm/visitgb.htm Cheers!

michelle, almost every tourist site has a website, and always with an english translation on it,, so when every you wonder you can just google to find out stuff, even places like Notre Dame has a website. I ask on forums too, but I always always look for the website, things can change, what may have been true for a posters visit last year, may not be so now, so always double check on websites.
