Going on another Christmas Market trip this fall but Seiffen is not on my tour. I didn't get to spend enough time there last time so was planning on staying over for one night. Any hotel recommendations? What is best way to get there from either Munich or Nurnberg - would love to avoid renting a car!

Colleen, I agree with James, Seiffen - actually Kurort Seiffen (means Spa Seiffen) is really out of the way. Personally, I would take his advice and buy my stuff elsewhere - unless you're on a buying trip for a business, of course.
