My wife and I have a 6:24 train from Paris to Basel coming up at the end of May. My plan is to hop on the Metro at Pont Marie at around 5:45 am and take the 7 line up to Gare de l'Est. Will this leave sufficient time?

I should add that we're staying at Hotel Sevigne in the Marais, right next to the St. Paul Station. Pont Marie Station is a short walk away. Thanks!

The first line 7 train leaves Pont Marie at 05:46 and arrives at Gare de l'Est at 06:00. If you want to arrive at Gare de l'Est a bit earlier, you could take a line 1 train from Saint-Paul to Chatelet and transfer to a line 4 train to Gare de l'Est. Depart at 05:39 and arrive at 05:51.
