Does anyone have a recommendation for a taxi or shuttle service from Amsterdam city centre to Schipol airport? I need to arrive at the airport at 5 am for an early flight.

If you're within walking distance of Centraal Station, the airport trains run around the clock, but only once an hour after midnight. For a taxi, your hotel can easily call one for you. The airport shuttle bus doesn't start operating until after 6am: http://www.airporthotelshuttle.nl

Thanks Michael. Sadly, I'm not staying within walking distance of Central Station so it looks like I'll have to ask my hotel to book a taxi.
