We will be going to Paris this summer and staying in a hotel near Notre Dame. What is the best way to get to Orly Airport from this location? If we have to be at the airport at 10:00 a.m., how much time do we need to allow to get there?

Take the RER-C from the St. Michel - Notre Dame metro stop to Pont De Rungis - Aeroport D'Orly. There is a shuttle bus to the terminals right outside the station. Should take less than 45 minutes.

The cheaper but slower route would be to take the RER C from Saint-Michel Notre-Dame to Pont de Rungis and the Orly shuttle bus from there to the airport. The fare is €3.80 for the RER C and €2.50 for the shuttle bus. The trip would take about 50 minutes. The faster but more expensive route would be to take the RER B from Saint-Michel Notre-Dame to Antony and the driverless Orlyval shuttle train from there to the airport. The combined fare is €10.25. The trip would take about 30 minutes.
