Driving is probably the quickest. Takes about 3 hours. If you prefer public transportation, you can take a PESA bus from Bilbao to Bayonne, then an SNCF train from Bayonne to Lourdes. Bus schedules: http://www.pesa.net/ Train schedules: http://www.sncf.com/en_EN/flash/
