Traveling from U.S. to Germany and Austria in May, 2010. What is the best way to handle money? I realize that I'll have to have some cash at all times as some of the places we may stay at don't take credit/debit cards. Any suggestions on using credit cards, debit cards, AAA Visa Travel Card? Any experiences (good or bad) with any of these? Thanks for all of your advice.
