As pointed out by Andreas, German Rail has changed the format of their website. So far I can't see that any new information is now available or the the website is significantly easier to use, but people will have to learn to use a different format. This is a classic example of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
The major difference on the opening screen of the schedule website is that now, instead of a "pull down" menu for Means of transport, they have radia buttons for "All", "All without ICE", and "only local transport".
Once you select the Start and Stop and the Date/Time, the new screen that comes up with the connections has provisions for you to change some input, but the one I am most likely to change, means of transport, still requires a return to the original input screen to change.
Of course, in addition to format changes, they have raised prices. Frankfurt to Munich via ICE has gone up from € 85 to € 89. The price of a Schönes-Wochenende-Ticket has gone up from € 35 to €37. The price of a Bayern-Ticket is now € 28 and € 20 for a full (2 - 5 P) ticket and a Single, respectively, up from € 27 and € 19. Other Länder-Tickets are €28 and €19 for a Baden-Württemberg-Ticket, € 30 for a Hessen-Ticket (no single), € 27 and € 19 for a Rheinland-Pfalz-Ticket, and € 33 and € 23,50 for a SchönerTag- (NordRhein-Westfalen) Ticket. Dauer-Spezial tickets still start at € 29.
