Will we get stuck in Paris because we heard there may not be enough fuel there to get us all the way home on our plane to the USA? Also, how will we get from CDG to our hotel in the Latin Quarter? Thank you.
The gasoline problems are finished in France. As of yesterday only 20 percent of stations still needed fuel. It's better today.
Marietta, Regarding travel from CDG to your Hotel in the Latin Quarter, my choice would be the RER "B" and Metro. I believe the RER B will be closed for maintenance on 6/7 November, but should be operating normally at other times. Depending on where your Hotel is located, you could (for example) use the RER "B" to the St.-Michel Notre-Dame station and then use the Metro or walk to your Hotel. Your Hotel will probably have the closest Metro stop listed on their website. Happy travels!
