This may be a bit off topic, but anyone know any liquers or digestives with the name "Thym" in it or are made from thyme? We had one in Provence, but I didn't write down the name and would love find it in the SF Bay Area. Merci.

There is a liquor called Farigoule, made by monks, French, and flavored with Thyme. I searched a bit but did not find it for sale in SF, it is available though from Sams Wine in the Chicago area (www.samswine.com) shipping may be an option.
