How long will it take to drive the romantic road from Frankfurt to Rothenburg versus driving the autobahn?

The Romantic Road stops well short of Frankfurt. You'll have to take the Autobahn from Frankfurt to the Romantic Road.

I can't remember but you can find all your driving info, times, routes, etc. on www.michelin.com It's a great planning site and you can print maps!
