We're leaving on Tuesday on American Airlines from Frankfurt airport (don't know what terminal). Does anyone have detailed info on obtaining the stamp and VAT refund at the airport? I did it years ago, but I'm sure things have changed. I really appreciate any info you can give me.

Denise, Google the following, "VAT refund frankfurt airport". The first result is includes a post on TripAdvisor that gives good instructions on the Frankfurt Airport. It sounds like you're leaving directly from Frankfurt - good. We've done VAT refunds while transiting through Frankfurt - stressfull!! My only advice would be to go an hour earlier than you normally would.
