I have not stayed in that apartment but I have stayed in an apartment that was managed by FranceHomestyle and was very pleased with the quality of the accommodations as well as the ease of making connections at the apartment to get keys etc.

We used France: Homestyle years ago to find a rental in Provence. They gave us a lot of personalized attention and I'm glad to hear they are still in business.
My advice would be to use the site to familiarize yourself with the properties but then to call with any questions or if there is anything special you'd like (location, price, etc.) that you don't see.

I haven't steyed in this particular apartment either but can also say that I had an excellent experience with France: Homestyle last fall in Provence.
