I know that Rick Recommends this agency in his book, but I have seen mixed reviews of them online. Has anyone had any recent experience with them - particularly an apartment in Paris and a countryside place in Provence?

Michelle - We rented a house in Lourmarin in Provence in 2008 through France Homestyle and loved it. The house was wonderful, just as described. The owner met us to let us in and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. The agency was responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely use them again for a rental.
