I will be in Provence over the Easter Weekend, April 23-25, 2011.
Will the stores and restraunts be closed due to the National Holiday on Sunday and Monday?

We were in the same area a few years ago during Easter. On Easter Sunday there were restaurants, stores, etc., readily available. Easter Monday seemed to be the day when a lot of things were closed. Fortunately, we could use that as a travel day and enjoyed driving through the Ardeche Gorge area.
