Is there a TGV train station at the Paris CDG airport with a train going to Avignon?

Yes there are several trains from CDG to Avignon. The TGV station is at the Terminal 2 complex. Check http://www.sncf.fr/indexe.htm and use "Roissy" as your departure point (that's the town where CDG airport is located)...you can check schedules, fares, and purchase tickets.
