My husband and I will be traveling to France in June/July. We'll be 8 days in the South. The original plan was to rent a car in Lyon and drive to Nice in 8 days, visiting small villages etc... My husband will only turn 25 in August, so the car rental have been a huge problem as most rental companies charge a large youth surcharge. I need advice as to what to do... Does ADA.fr charge youth surcharges?
