Is there a public computer terminal or internet cafe in Frankfurt Airport where I can check e mail when I land? If so, where? Many thanks.

There are those terminals which you pay by credit card all across the terminals. Trust me, you will find one.

FRA website (www.frankfurt-airport.com) does not show any internet cafes, but there is WiFi at the airport. It is provided by T-Mobile for their customers or for non-customers as a Hot-spot for use with a credit card.
