We are going to fly into Munich for 1 to 2 days and then take the the train that goes to Salzburg for another 2 days and then which ever train to Venice is this do able and will we have enough time to see anything .This will be in October,and should we wait til we get to Munich before getting Euro's. First time ever to Europe.

"Which ever train to Venice" sounds somewhat vague. Make sure you can get to Venice in plenty time for your cruise. I would suggest you get there at least the day before the ship leaves. Earlier if you want to see Venice.
