Flights from Seville to London

My wife and I are flying one way from Seville to London on a Friday in August. Flight options are much more limited that I thought. The only reasonably priced option is Easy Jet (only one flight)...all other flights are more expensive and multiple connections. Is EasyJet reliable on this route or should we train to Madrid and fly out of there? Thx!

I flew EasyJet for the first time in May from London Gatwick to Krakow. They certainly are much more user-friendly than Ryanair. I can't speak to your particular route, just to the service that I had. They are good about disclosing their fees at the time you book. I paid the "Administrative Fee" (no getting around this), the Credit Card fee, and a fee to check my bag so the total cost will be more than you initially see. If you want a drink or snack on the plane, you will also pay for it onboard. My flight was uneventful. On my flight, all seating was unassigned, but I have read that they are experimenting with assigned seating on certain routes. The only minor problem I had is that I could not get online check-in to work for me. Supposedly, you can check in up to 30 days in advance but for some reason the boarding pass would not generate for me. I had to wait in the queue at Gatwick, but there were no extra charges for checking in at the airport. I'd fly them again.

'Is EasyJet reliable on this route or should we train to Madrid and fly out of there?' - What does this mean? Surely not they will not turn up?

I don't know how often they cancel flights. Since it's the only one that day, I didn't want to get stranded. Have a wedding to go to the next day. Thx.
