Im heading to Portugal in October for just five days. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, are there any easy trips to spain from Lisbon?

Unless you have a car, there aren't any quick trips to Spain...even if you do, it's kinda far. Santiago de Compostela is almost 6 hours away by car. Sevilla is about four hours, and might be doable if you combine it with a sweep through southern Portugal and an overnight stay. But with only 5 days, I would suggest you stick to Portugal. Between Lisbon, Sintra, and Porto, you'll find lots to keep you busy.
