Try Untours.com. I have not used them yet, but have looked at their website and it looks interesting. I think they do two weeks packages. I know that you can combine one week in Switzerland and one week in Bavaria. (My two favorite places).

http://www.farmholidays.de/e/ Check this website. It lists over 1200 farms where you can vacation. I am pretty sure you will be able to find one to handle 14 guests. The site is in English. This kind of farm vacation is extremely popular here in Germany, and it ought to be a lot of fun for Americans too. A real ETBD or should I say thru the Barn Door.
