Extra day in Copenhagen or in Amsterdam?

I am currently scheduled to arrive in Copenhagen on a Tues AM and stay until an evening flight to Amsterdam on Thur, with a stay in Amsterdam until Mon mid-day. I've learned that I'll have to arrive in Copenhagen early afternoon on Tues. I'm wondering if I should lose that 1/2 day from Copenhagen or Amsterdam. Any suggestions?

I vote for Copenhagen, you could go to Roskilde and see the viking museum.
