Looking to do this on July 19th. Is this biting off too much?
Also, cheapest fare I can find is $250...seems a bit high? Any feedback appreciated!

Rob,, if you can move your daytrip to Tuesday the 20th you can get a return non flexible fare for 106 GBP,, at least I found that when I just looked. You need to book Eurostar early out to get best prices, closer to date prices go up,, and travel on tues, wed and thurs is usaully cheapest. You should also make sure you go on the Eurostar website, not RailEurope and put down country as United Kingdom( you may have to remove cookies if you have already been onsite) . I have done this 4 times and its works out best price.
