Has anyone rented from Europcar in Bruges? Had any problems with this company?

Are you booking through them directly or through a consolidator such as Autoeurope? I like to go through Autoeurope because they guarantee rates and have a 24/7 800 number in Maine you can call for anything. But Autoeurope has booked me with Europecar in France and Italy. I've had no troubles, although be prepared for it to take longer to pick up a rental car in Europe.

We have not used Europcar in Bruges but have been very pleased with them for rentals in Italy, France, Switzerland, and New Zealand. We worked with them directly on the website but compared prices with Autoeurope and also Hertz.

We have booked a car with them i Bruges. But won't know how well we did until middle of May 8-)...will let you know.
